1964 FORD FALCON, SPRINT CONVERTIBLE. The 1964 Falcons reflected the "Total Performance" image in their new styling. A more aggressive, angled grille head lead a completely restyled body. As in 1963, the base trim level was the standard series, and the top trim level was the Futura. The highly styled sculptured body sides gave the Falcon a racy appearance and added rigidity to the sheetmetal. A convex feature line began on the front fenders, but sloped slightly and increased in width gradually, until it met the taillights. The word Ford was spelled out across the hood in block letters and Falcon was spelled out in block letters between the taillights. The Sprint versions of the Futura convertible featured V-8 engine, bucket seats and wire wheel covers. 1 OF 3652 BUILT. Insurance: $170/yr. SHOWN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
